Our program is designed for players 15-18 with experience playing at the higher levels of GEVA, and who have an interest in playing at the collegiate level or excelling during their High School season. We will review some of the fundamentals but will spend most of our time covering high level technical and tactical areas.
HITTERS: Scoring against the block, off speed attacking, hitting in combinations, and other elements of high level Hitting. We will also spend time on developing an effective Jump Serve, Back Row Attack, and Effective Blocking.
SETTERS: How to run an effective offense, using all areas of the net to maximize scoring opportunities.
LIBEROS: Movement patterns, expanding your defensive range, angle management and passing keys to improve serve receive skills.
We will use video review to improve technique and will also watch film to breakdown offensive and defensive strategies that will improve your volleyball IQ.
Our program is designed for the beginner to intermediate player, ages 14 - 18, who wants to learn or polish his technique in the key areas of the game. From Serving to Passing, to Setting and Hitting, we will break down every skill and make sure your solid fundamentals allow you to become the best player your athletic ability and work ethic will allow you to be. We will spend plenty of time on each technical area as well as game strategy via a combination of skill specific drills and game-like situations.

This program will teach you the fundamentals of Beach Volleyball, including the differences in technique and rules between indoor and beach. Learning to play beach volleyball will strengthen your ball control offensively and defensively, while making you a more versatile player. There is no specialization in beach Volleyball, so all players will learn to perform every skill. Playing two on two will force you to be more alert and this will increase your overall VB IQ, which will help you plenty when you return to the indoor courts. In addition, the extra touches on the ball will help accelerate your development. Lastly, training on sand will help you improve your stamina and even help you improve your vertical jump, all while having a great time in a temperature controlled environment.
